Sophia had a great day on her first day of kindergarten. As I was leaving, she said, "I think I am going to like school." She made new friends, played, drew and had an all-around good day. She did say that there were a few times that she thought about me and she wanted to cry, but she didn't. She said she told herself "don't cry, don't cry" and it worked it. That made me feel a little sad, but I am so proud of her (and feel glad that I am missed!).
